Sarah Richmond – Councillor
Cllr Sarah Richmond moved to Bladon with her family in December 2017. Sarah is a Patent Attorney and works for a patent law firm in Oxford. She is also on the Executive Committee of a local scout group.
Her children attend The Marlborough School.

Fabio Assandri – Councillor
Cllr Fabio Assandri is from Milan, Italy, and is now a British citizen after more than 10 years living in the UK. He moved to Bladon with his wife in 2021 from Oxford, taking on a full renovation project and enjoying the countryside and its tranquility. Fabio has a passion for traveling and embracing different cultures. He has visited more than 30 countries and also works in the industry in operations and customer service for a leading global brand. When he is not traveling you can find him playing and watching a lot of tennis.

Karen Howe – Parish Council Clerk / RFO
The Clerk supports the Councillors in the running of the Parish Council and is also the first point of contact for residents wishing to contact the Council.
Areas of Responsibility: Organising monthly meetings, preparing Agendas and Minutes, liaising with OCC & WODC, circulating information, correspondence, assisting with the Recreation Ground project, administering the Parish Cemetery, maintenance of village assets, liaising with the school, Churches and residents and is also the Responisble Finance Officer for the Council.
