The Bladon Gardens Society provides an annual programme of talks and outings on all aspects of gardening and holds an annual plant sale, as well as a number of social occasions.
Meetings are mostly monthly and generally on the 3rd Thursday of the month. Meetings are held in Bladon Church Room, Church Street, OX20 1RS. Doors are open for tea/coffee from 7pm when members of the Committee are available for a chat. By kind permission of the school, parking is available in their playground as parking in Church Street is strictly limited. Access to the playground parking is from Grove Road.
Members come mainly from Bladon and Woodstock and new members are always welcome. The Annual Membership subscription is currently £12 for the year which runs from 1st April to 31st March. Visitors are also welcome to attend monthly meetings, at £2 per head. Possession of a current membership card entitles members to obtain a 10% discount on plants and gardening products at some local garden centres.
The Society benefits from RHS Affiliation (Affiliation No.10562560)
