A Note Regarding February Closures in Blenheim
Due to a large filming event, access to Blenheim Palace and Gardens will be limited in February and March 2022. This will involve the business closing and access to some of the areas around the palace being restricted at times.
However, the public rights of way footpaths will remain open.
The dates and details are as follows:
From 7th – 9th February, the Park, Shop, and Oxfordshire Pantry will be open. The Palace and Formal and Walled Gardens will be closed.
From 10th – 27th February, Thee Palace and Park will be fully closed, including parking and access to any areas on site. (Public rights of way footpaths will remain open.)
From 28th February – 2nd March, the Park, Shop, and Oxfordshire Pantry will be open. The Palace and Formal and Walled Gardens will be closed.
Blenheim do not expect the filming to affect Bladon residents except for the restricted access to the grounds, including the Walled Garden and Adventure Playground during the shoot dates. Blenheim staff will be working with the film crew’s security team at all entrances to explain where people can and can’t go, as this may change when they shoot in different areas.
