Notice of Public Rights to Inspect Accounts 2021-2022
Each year, Bladon Parish Council has to produce an Annual Governance and Accountability Return (AGAR). This is reviewed by an external auditor appointed by Smaller Authorities’ Audit Appointments Ltd – Bladon Parish external auditor is Moore UK.
The unaudited AGAR documents have been published on our website (link below). As it has yet to be reviewed by the appointed auditor, it is subject to change as a result of that review.
Any person interested has the right to inspect and make copies of the accounting records for the financial year to which the audit relates and all books, deeds, contracts, bills, vouchers, receipts and other documents relating to those records must be made available for inspection by any person interested.
The period in which the public can inspect the accounts is:
From Monday 27th June 2022
To Friday 5th August 2022
The official date of this announcement was Sunday 26th June 2022.
For the Financial Year ending 31st March 2022, these documents will be available on reasonable notice by application to Karen Howe Clerk and RFO Bladon Parish Council.
