Blenheim Palace have asked the Parish Council to make you aware of what to expect during this year’s shooting season.
What to expect:
- Whilst Blenheim Estates have a shoot calendar, this is subject to change throughout the season, however, they never shoot on a Sunday and shoot limited times on Wednesdays or Saturdays.
- The location of the shoot drives changes every day depending on the weather.
- The day tends to start around 9:30am and is usually completed by around 3pm.
- They are mostly outside of the Park for the morning, and inside the Park during the afternoon.
- If a specific day requires a temporary permissive path closure, they will place boards in the usual way and ask residents to wait until it is safe to continue.
If anyone has any concerns during the season please contact the Parish Clerk who will past them directly on to Blenheim Palace.
